Reservations
- Your room-reservation is confirmed if you received the booking-confirmation and
- the pre-payment of 30 % of booking amount, we´ve received on our bank account.
- Transfer the pre-payment with SEPA to

Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In is from 3 pm. until 8 pm.
- Please note, that we can not give guaranty for check-in before 3 pm.
- Late-Check-In: Contact us, we send you information for our key-box.
- Check-Out until 10.30 am.; If you need you room above the check-out, we have extra-charges
- We have depot for your baggage; to change clothes and take shower is possible in our sauna area.
Late arrive, Departure before your planned stay and NO SHOW
- Late arrive and depurtures befory your planned stay and No show we charge with our daily rate.
- We recommened to tell us before your if you change your check-in and check-out.
Travel insurance
- We recommend to close the deal with the Travel insurance!
